| General Conditions of Sale and Supply | ||||||
| 1. Payment must be made in full before manufacturing will commence. Goods will be produced and dispatched only one funds have cleared. 2. Every effort will be made to deliver goods on time. The Advertising Clubb accepts no liability for any loss sustained through late delivery from any cause whatsoever including negligence. 3. All products will be supplied under the terms and conditions of The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and amendments, and are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. Any claims in this regard must be made in writing within 10 days of the invoice date. Claims for defective goods will be settled by repair or replacement upon return of defective goods to The Advertising Clubb. Credits or refunds will only be issued at our discretion. No replacement, repair, credit or refund will be made for goods damaged through general wear and tear, negligent or improper use. 4. All goods are printed using modern inks to accepted printing industry standards. The Advertising Clubb shall not be held liable for ink or product degradation through wear and tear and the action of sunlight and weather. Company colours (including PMS colours) will be matched as accurately as our inks allow. Some graphics may reproduce less than perfectly on some products, and The Advertising Clubb takes no responsibility for such imperfections, other than where we have made recommendations on our proof sheets. 5. The Advertising Clubb will not be liable for errors where a proof has been submitted to, and approved by the customer. The Advertising Clubb shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss or damage to the customer arising from third party claims occasioned by errors in carrying out the work. 6. The Advertising Clubb accepts no liability whatsoever for errors or omissions signed off as correct on proofs, including email approvals. All costs for remedial action will be invoiced to the customer’s account. 7. Where goods are forwarded by a contracted freight forwarding operator or other carrier, all liability of The Advertising Clubb shall cease from the time goods leave our premises. It is our recommendation clients therefore insure goods for their full insurable value from this point. Prices are subject to change without notice.
